This project is the largest logistics centre in South Australia, with a total building area of 64,459 square meters and a total land area of 36.5 hectares. Over the past 15 years, the logistics centre has been used by the famous Australian department store Big W. After acquiring this asset at the end of 2021, the group actively managed leases and introduced VALO as a 7-year tenant, doubling the assessed value of the property within six months. This is another successful case for VIMG. VIMG is currently planning to repurpose the site into a renewable energy project and a data centre.
